Kumusta Ka. Thank you for taking time to read a few words. I hope I don't bore you. :) So many people have asked about my screen name so let me explain. Doc is because I am a Doctor and Blasian is because I am Black and Filipino!

I am new to Philly. I just moved here to take a faculty/admin position at Temple. I was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago and its deep in my heart. I am from the Southside of The Chi, in the city, home of Harold's! LOL
I have been working in Higher Education Admin and Law and recently completed my PhD in College Administration. My goal is to serve as a college president some day. I am a big kid at heart, so I figured I would work with students the rest of life.
The first thing you MUST know is this is no ordinary journey. I am a very HONEST and STRAIGHT FORWARD person. I do not play games or waste time. I enjoy REAL conversations where people can be themselves with worrying about being judged. I can also be very spontaneous; hop in the car and take a cross country road trip without notice. I like to live each day likes its my last.
