I am not one that just likes to lay around and talk football, I would much rather be in a competitive tennis match, jogging or running at the park, doing anything taking some strength, and getting exercise, a great bike ride, a motorcycle ride, etc. I have found many ladies my age that just do not have hold on their weight, which is a shame, as so many have very attractive appearances, if they would just lay off the ice cream.
