about me

I'm 7'5 and 522 pounds reversed (5'7, 225lbs). lol. I love to laugh. If I had to choose between laughing and crying, I'd laugh. (who would't?) I like to go on SHORT walks..... to my CAR or to the mailbox. lol. I'm very ambitious. I workout every now and then. I hired myself a trainer (ME) to get me right for the summer. He's not doing that good of a job. I want to have fun. I can be serious and I can be playful. I'm in the military. Just moved to NC. Liking it so far. I bought my first house and I'm very proud of that. I'm looking for one night stands, one week stands, one month stands, one year stands, or just standing. lol. Oh, and platonic relationships too. just joking, but seriously. What i like to do: You hopefully. just joking, but seriously; I like to find, buy, hold, rent, and sell houses. I like putting deals together. By August I will have #2 and by November #3. I hold houses more than I flip them. That's where the wealth is. True wealth anyways. As I wrote earlier, I bought my first house in 2009. Happy new year by the way. I rent it out by the room. I' thinking of doing the same thing with the second house. Eventually I plan on renting houses to one person, couple, or family. I actually like the whole property management process. I'm getting better at it. It's still new and hasn't sunk in yet? To my surprise in June of 2010 I unclogged my first toilet. And guess what????? I enjoyed it? Why? I don't know but I did. It felt good to fix something. I just now realized unromantic that is. Someone's gotta do it. I choose to do it. The point of view is better. Well if you're looking for a place to buy, lease or rent, I'm your guy. If you're selling, I'm your man.
