Professionally, I teach. I also play. I have a job that requires tons of patience and creates moments of intense beauty and sheer joy (or terror, depending on your perspective). I'm a pied piper with strings and find delight in music created by young people.
In my spare time I like to meet new and wonderful people, establish romantic entanglements and enjoy all the created excitement! Ideally, during all this we'll find some time to go explore the sophisticated side of life.
When sophistication gets boring, we can hang out wherever the good music is playing or the tastiest food is served. If we're lucky, that'll be the same place. If we have to leave town to do that, I'm good. Nothing beats a great road trip!
