I'm looking for a committed long term relationship, marriage, or even just a good friendship I'm a decent communicator and I am easy going, relaxed, gentle, supportive and self confident in myself. And I'm not bald – yet. I got divorced three years ago after a twenty year marriage. Things got pretty bitter at the end, so it wasn't a breeze. My ex-wife has sole custody of my 17 year old son, although I do have visitation rights.
I lived on my own for a year after my divorce, then had a wonderful relationship that I managed to screw up. This last relationship taught me a lesson in humility and I will have hopefully learned from my mistakes: like, aah, like, gee whiz, I guess I really don't know everything there is to know about the world, and by golly, someone else might actually be able to teach me something.
I recently cleared my head out a bit and I think I'm ready for a serious relationship or friendship - although we can start off at a pace you are comfortable with or just be friends; I'm not pushy or overly aggressive; but I am confident and assert myself when I need to.
Discovering each other, becoming friends or more takes time - yes, there is such a thing as love at first
sight, but more often it is a process of building mutual trust and respect. What I want most is a best friend, lover, and romantic partner, a lady that I can have thoughts of while at work, and genuinely want to come home to her welcoming arms.
Intense sexual expression is fine, but it has to be in the context of a serious loving and caring
relationship, so no, I'm not looking for a quick score, having figured out a long time ago that there is

As far as entertainment:
Movies: I like Spielberg's AI, a very under rated great movie. All the Harry Potter movies, my son and I read all the books as they were published and went to see them as soon as they came out.
