I'm fairly sarcastic, and I love to laugh and make other people laugh. My dogs are the love(s) of my life right now. One of my friends once described me as Tinkerbell in Combat Boots, which I think is a pretty good description...
I'm not overly into shopping, drama, jewelry or clothes, though I did have a shoe problem a little while ago (but I am over that one now).
My hammer is my favorite tool, and it gets used for practically everything, including putting screws in, which I've been told is not the best idea... I recently refinished my hardwood floors, along with new baseboards and new flooring in my bathrooms. I like being handy - decorating and fixing things around my house. I am currently in the process of refinishing my bathrooms.
Cooking is one of my passions, though I'm not particularly good at baking. I can cook almost any entree imaginable, but can't cook a cake for anything! They either come out soggy in the middle or could do major damage as a solid lethal weapon (or a back up hammer). :)
When not playing sports, socializing, or demonstrating my home repair skills, you’ll probably find me reading (mysteries mainly, but I'll read anything if it's put in front of me), or watching a movie.
I like wine (white) and am a big coffee drinker... don't drink tea anymore (despite being British). Diet coke is another one of my things - not diet because 'diet', but the regular stuff is too sugary; I’m not a big fan of sweet things - would rather have chips. To me, if it doesn't have meat or cheese, I'm not that bothered!
