May or may not be successful on this site, but I wouldn't be able to win if I didn't try right? I'm a bit of a high risk investor so to speak. Not necessarily monetarial, just in general. I give everything I do 120%. To me there is no sense in doing something if you don't give it your all. You may not seek the results you were looking for, however there was a lesson to be learned if anything. To be honest, I am starting over again. I had a business last year that was doing decent, then bombed for lack of a better word lol. Regardless, it is humbling, and now I know what "not" to do. I am learning Escrow, coming from the mortgage side of real estate. Love all music, no really, I do. I play guitar, sing and songwrite. I have a 13 year old girl, and now a newborn boy who is amazing, and yes, it is just lil ol' me. I am not in my favorite city to live, however I have a great new apartment and it works for now. Very easy going, I don't sweat the small stuff. Love to cook, and am a jill of all trades. When you are a single mom long enough you kinda figure out how to do things you wouldn't normally do. Yes, I can use a skillsaw, but by no means am I butch haha. I pride myself on integrity, honesty and committment. Don't just talk about it, be about it. I have not snowboarded in 6 seasons, but it was a passion of mine for 12 years, and I plan to pick it back up this winter. I enjoy dining out, or staying in. Love the BBQ. I enjoy fine dining, or your local taco stand, just depends. I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, deep sea fishing, swimming, wakeboarding, reading, golfing (its been a while, but I think its like riding a bike right?), the beach, sunsets, meeting new and interesting people. Willing to try something at least once before I determine whether I like it or not. |

I am seeking a man who is sensative, compassionate, and sincere. Not a wimp though.
