I know now why they say growing old takes strength. Having been a model (that's why I am showing you pictures from different times in my past) as I grow older I find myself wondering where the Jeanie I knew went. :~). The in the next breath I just shrug my shoulders and say to myself, "Oh well, I am who I am and I am very thankful for all the benefits I enjoy everyday."
On the horse is in Lake Tahoe and I was 49 at the time. The other picture shows me a year later at 50. I lived on the island of Maui in Hawaii for 5 years, lived in California for 12 years. I love traveling and learning about our beautiful world and it's people.
I find this difficult simply because we cannot know who we are from a picture but we can see a little and this format seems to be the way of things today. |
