Places to frequent: Starbucks, Powells, other book stores, Portland City Grill, Pioneer square, any place kinda corny and funny, random things that pop up all over POrtland that my roommate takes me to :)
I'm an easy going, old school girl who loves a good laugh. I hate awkward conversations, I majored in college in Interpersonal Communications and I can be really good at talking for long periods of time unless you're not doin a bit of work too. I would love to travel abroad, I've already been to Germany on a short term mission trip and am pondering Haiti. I am really excited about traveling when I get the money to do so. I am really big on people, I love people and being around people- if I couldn't be around people anymore I'd be so depressed. I have a roommate, she and I get along great. I've been in Portland for about 5 1/2 years now.
My #1 pet peeve is water where its not supposed to be... IE: on me (I hate water on the floor, on the counter, on any part of me when I clearly am not prepared to be wet... don't test it, it's real....) I'm sarcastic and will hold my own in a conversation. I love seeing ne things I ahven't seen before and I'm big on history- provided its not being read in a super monotone voice... lol I love music, I am always listening to music- yes I pay attention to the words and I hate Rap Crap and hard Rock.
At some point I'd love to do more short term missions. I love traveling, despite the head aches of airport security, its a great experience. Some of my favorite stories are from traveling.
