First and Foremost... He has to be grounded and truly love God. After that, I like my man to be confident and have a tender heart. I like it when he can feel comfortable no matter where he is or what he is doing. It would be great if he liked playing (or watching) sports, the outdoors and cuddling in front of the fire. Someone who makes me laugh and last but not least... Someone who would give you the shirt off his back if he knew you needed or even wanted it.
