I have several tattoos and piercings with plans for more of each. I hate to wear socks, and prefer to wear my Birkenstocks more often than anything else. I'll eat almost anything, and dislike flat sheets on beds. I sleep on the floor every once in a while because it reminds me of camping. The first thing I notice about people are their shoes, and I like to go yard sale-ing. I can understand French though I haven't spoken it in years. I can never decide what kind of ice cream to get because I love it all. I have a big heart that tends to be worn on my sleeve. I'm me. For better or worse, I'm a very open person.
I spend my time off listening to music, reading and going for coffee with friends. On weekends I can usually be found out listening to live music or dancing. I'm easy-going and am usually up for anything that's happening.
I love to be outside, too. There's nothing quite like camping under the stars and sitting around a campfire. Nothing makes me happier than spending an afternoon sitting under a tree with a book and a coffee with a beautiful blue sky overhead. I like to have fun outside, so minigolf is always fun. My putting is terrible but it's always good for a laugh.
I find dark humour and British wit the funniest things in the world. I can tend to be a bit of a light-natured sarcastic person. My music tastes haven't changed much in the last few years. I'm big on Slipknot, Korn, Green Day, Finger Eleven, Bif Naked, The Beatles, and lots more. Despite my terrible taste in music, I'll listen to pretty much whatever is on. I just love to hear a beat in the backround of my days. My iPod is never far from reach.
My books range from religious history (I'm not a religious person, I just love the history of it all) to biographies and all things Mafia, and my movies are about the same. I'm a huge movie buff with a DVD Collection of over 400 DVD's so picking a few faves is near impossible for me.
I love to take road trips but beware.... I will sing in the car. U |

What I'm looking for is a strong guy. Someone who knows who he is. Someone who is happy with what he does. He knows when to be professional, and when to let loose. He has a rebellious side that might not always show. Maybe a bit of a hippy at heart. He has pride, and tends to be a bit full of himself. Someone who loves music and can have a conversation for hours.. His friends describe him as a stand-up guy who would do anything for them.
I need someone spontanious, who will be ok just hopping in the car with a spare change of clothes and seeing where the wind takes us. Probably a bit of an "irish temper". Someone who wants -eventually- to be a family kinda guy.
I'm not into spending every night in front of the TV and my guy wouldn't be either. I do like a quiet movie night every once in a while though. He would most likely be a guys guy. Doesn't need to be into "chick-flicks", I'm ususally not...
I know this will eliminate a lot of great guys, but I won't date a smoker. I just can't do it, sorry. Or a person that doesn't like cats and dogs.
Maybe a sports fan? So long as he's not a Boston fan! I'm kidding... Well, mostly, anyways, lol ;o) I'm a Yankees girl...
My guy has strong opinions about what he believes, and may not even be the same views as mine. I'm always up for a good debate.
