I absolutely love being near the water, boating. I also love to travel. I've been to many places outside of the US, and have plenty more on my to-do list. I enjoy bike riding and softball. I love to dance. I'm ok at playing pool and bowling. I am NOT a bar fly, but I do enjoy checking out bands or wine tasting. To me, though amusement parks are fun, boating, kayaking or white water rafting is more thrilling than a roller coaster. Going to a comedy club is a great night out. I've golfed, and I'm surprisingly ok at it. I can't sing, though sometimes I think I can! I am guaranteed to make you laugh. I don't try hard, it just comes naturally, I'm told. I think laugh lines are very sexy.
On the softer side, I am a little traditional because I enjoy getting flowers and chocolates, and I like it when a man opens the door for me and helps me with my coat - a gentleman. I prefer the beach at night. A weekend getaway to a quaint little town is nice. I enjoy finding scenic trails or parks and taking pictures of nature that not all people notice. I also enjoy cooking with someone or just sitting together by a fire, indoors or out, or watching the sunset, and talking.... or not talking. Love to cuddle. Love to make out! But not dependent on it (not needy). Just reading on opposite sides of the room with an occasional glance and smile at each other will light my fire. All the traditional romantic likings apply.

I am looking for that breathtaking, all-consuming, heart pounding, think of you ALL the time love affair that lasts forever. I want to feel butterflies when watching the man I adore, and seeing that sparkle in his eyes for me is a recipe for great passion! Does this exist? I still have hope.
I would like to be with someone who is healthy, inside and out. I would love to be with someone who is handy, like me, and not run away when i ask for help with something around the house or want to get on the roof. I do most of my own home repairs/upgrades and i enjoy building things. I prefer a man who is comfortable with his life and realistic in planning for the future. Intelligent, stimulating conversation is much more important than television, but I do occasionally indulge.
