I am originally from Newfoundland, lived in British Columbia for almost a year, and have been in Halifax for almost 9 years now...I'm a down to earth peron who will tell you like it is, but with tact... I love to have fun, smile and laugh a lot... My friends say that I am fun to be around and somewhat of a social butterfly, if you will, however have my priorities in life straight.... I would like to meet someone who can have fun and at the same time be able to hold a sensible conversation, even if it comes to "agree to disagree" status.... I have no time for beaters, cheaters, or liars... I enjoy walking, horseback riding and four wheeling in the winter, singing karaoke, playing darts/pool, and will try just about anything once... Love hanging with my two beautiful teenage girls whom I adore, as well as my friends...
My daughters are just about grown now, and even though they still need their Mom from time to time, they are pretty independent... My girls both know that I will do anything and everything that I can for them, however I am at a point in my life, where I am starting to look out for me... Being a single parent most of their lives has taught me that sacrifice is a wonderful thing, and if done for the right reasons, is not really a sacrifice as such, but more of a gift to teach survival...
