A little about me...
Life is all too brief. It's all about enjoying every second, the people that matter, good food, good wine and (yes) chocolate.
I am a good, family oriented, confident, emotionally intelligent, reliable, loyal, and respectful woman that comes across as a little mischievous. I work hard, I family hard and I play hard. I am attracted to intelligent, strong, loyal, and confident and family oriented men that are playful and adventurous enough to keep up.
I tend to be an open book and am very direct. Conversations rarely stay on the surface. I want to talk about the things that make each of us who we are, that make us passionate about life.
My hobbies are most things related to dogs such as grooming, showing, boarding etc. I keep active with bowling, kayaking, x country skiing, hiking and camping. I adore cooking and entertaining. My goals and aspirations to get to a point in my life to do some humanitarian work abroad. I am a diverse individual with many interests. To some I may be considered worldly but I enjoy the simple things in life the most. My children and friends are integral to my happiness.
What are you looking for in a partner?
As most of us do, I am looking ultimately for that illusive emotional, intellectual and sensual connection. That said, I am recently out of a 27 year relationship. So while the mind wants to Eveready bunny ahead, I cannot say when I will be ready to trust my heart again. I am searching for a kind compassionate person who is intuitive. Someone who is passionate and has a sparkle in his eye and love of life. Sociable and willing to try new things. Someone with great work ethic to achieve common goals.
