I don't like talking about myself much but I guess this is a good cause so I will... here goes! Family values are very important to me. I wouldn't mind being involved with a man who is close to his family or even still raising one. I love cooking and do so on an almost daily basis. I like using fresh local ingredients (I LOVE game and used to be a big fisherman and hunter) and experimenting with different cuisines and herbs and spices. In summer, I also enjoys gardening and attending farmers markets and produce auctions. Weird, huh? I enjoy movies and TV but rarely have a chance to view a movie or television show in its entirety. I LOVE antiques and like going to auctions and antique shops; the unknown, out-of-the-way ones where you might find a real bargain! I am a Christian and a non-vegetarian. I really love nature and the woods but I'm not into hiking... walking SLOWLY in the woods and creek-beds is awesome though-or riding an ATV fast! My goals and aspirations are simple-I want to live happily and enjoy life and focus on the ride, not reaching the end or the next day. As for music - sorry guys but I love country music. Pretty much exclusively when it comes to the radio. If the conversation is good I can also enjoy background music like the oldies ('50s music), classical, jazz... no loud rock and roll or jazz. It creeps me out to watch a middle-aged man cranking the rock and roll I listened to as a teenager-almost as though he is trying to recapture something long since gone... sorry that might have been rude. I love the holidays and fall is my favorite time of year... if faced with a choice between winter and summer, don't be surprised if I pick winter, especially if you have a fireplace or burn wood some other way. Oh! PLEASE! No needy guys! You can't possibly care deeply for me after a date or two and a few texts or telephone calls.
