ABOUT MEHey peeps My name is Helen Spurlock i live in Hidden Vally California were it is verry beautifull, the water is close and the crime is low, so thats nice. I love going camping because it throws together all the out-door activities i love to do into one fun package! When my family and friends go to the State Park in Kelseyville I enjoy swimming, playing vollyball, football, and frisbi along with other games. Sum times that includes a late night poker game around the lantern or monopoly during lunch time. Another thing i absolutely LOVE about camping is the food! It just seems like every thing you put in your mouth while your enjoying the great outdoors is 10X better than any 4 star restruant. My personal favorite would have to be a big juicy New York stake with A sweet barbaqued corn on the cob along with a buttered baked potato and an ice cold coke. MMMMMMMMMMM good and for desert nuthing beats the experience and taste of those good old smores around the camp fire while swaping silly stories. And mornings are awsome because i wake up right about the time Ma has the bacon sizzlin' away and the pancakes ready to meat that hot skillet. And pepper my dog loves it to cuz nomatter what we're eating he always gets the leftovers. I would have to say the only thing i don't enjoy about camping is when it's time to go home again.:) Aside from the great outdoors i love to write poetry and plays. The best time for me to write is either when im extreamly happy or overly depressed and the end results are two very different pieces. My favorite part about writing poetry is that you can always look back in your journal or diary or where ever you keep your poetry, (f or me i'ts an old shoe box), and see exactly how you felt in that one moment. Along with writing i love to read as well although i don't always make as much time for is at i should. My favorite type of books to read are suspensful, mysterious, investigative novels like that of Patrica Corn |
