Wow, never thought I'd be on a site like this. I'm sure most women say they're not gold-diggers, but honestly, I think many are. I've never been one to be concerned about a man's cash reserve, for sure. Just ask my ex-husband, who didn't work the entire 8 years we were together!
Anyway, I'm recently divorced and just trying out the whole "scene" after being off the market for the last 20 years. I'm approching this whole thing slowly to start.
I'm not a one-dimensional person, I have varied levels of interests, moods, energy level ans many other things. I get bored easily so enjoy a wide variety of things from music, art, photography, reading, racing, sports including NASCAR, ice hockey and football, (Go Niners!) movies, wine, roller coasters, comedy, hanging with friends and gazillions of other things but mainly just trying to experience new things and appreciate how lucky I am.
I have a 7 yr old daughter who lives with her dad and she's literally the reason I'm here on this earth. Even though she doesn't live with me, my focus is on protecting her and ensuring she's happy.
I want to first and foremost find someone who I'm intellectually compatible with, physical traits are not the ony thing that I find attractive in men. Intelligence can be intoxicating. I need someone who shares, or at least gets my dry, sarcastic & dirty sense of humor. Music is a love, everything from classical to Eminem, but if I were forced to choose it would be rock, heavier is better, thank you! Nickelback is always in my car, but I mix that with Katy Perry and Vivaldi quite often. I love the outdoors and photography is a passion, but please don't ask me to bathe in any rivers, winks.
I'm hoping to find someone who just gets me, as most don't. One who is willing to just hang for a bit, see if there's anything there and see what the days ahead hold. |
