ABOUT MEWow this is harder than I thought. First of all, I hate having my photo taken, I feel like a deer in the headlights. Now that I have cleared that up and gotten it off my chest. Lets see, I love to laugh, I have a bit of a silly sence of humor, british humor - not the Faulty Towers sort however, more along the lines of The Goon Show, Peter Sellers, Spike Milligan etc. My philosophy on life is quite simple, a kind word can change a persons life, a smile may make someones day. In a society filled with negative messages and images, I am not going to be one to ride in its wake. Life is an adventure, a hike that has both ups and downs we just need a good pair of shoes. So who else am I you ask yourself? I can be a bit of a homebody, I like to read on Sunday mornings. My friends say that I have to learn how to relax as I am always doing this and that or the other thing. I love to do renovations, like to use a drill, hammer and saw, but have not had the chance to do so in some years. I love to cook, love to bake and love to entertain, love my family and am proud of my children. Having said that, I do like to go out and dance, go to live theatre and yes the dreaded opera on occasion. Love the museum, like to travel, so maybe I am not so much of a homebody at all, just need the right person beside me. Lets get to know each other and see where things go from there. So you wonder what is it that I am looking for. So here it is: A man who does not need me to cling, or to boost his ego. Someone who will not play the field - I am not a notch on your belt, I may want to leave a perminent indent on it however. I would like to meet the yin to my yang - or is it the yang to my yin -(always get the two confused) my counter balance. To hold me up when I am down and let me sooth his weary brow when he needs me, to kiss his hurts and love him unconditionally. |
